Our E3 Safety Program protects the people on our job sites and ensures the safety and longevity of every structure we build. We equip our teams with the training, tools, protective equipment, and planning required to work safely. We evaluate job sites, crews, and processes to identify hazards and continuously enhance our safety practices.
With these safety policies in place, our processes are more efficient and more reliable. When we build more safely, we build a safer community.

At Vrana General Contractors, we support ongoing training and education of our teams in order to meet industry standards and follow the current best practices.
Our teams pre-plan daily tasks to understand specific safety procedures and recognize possible hazards. This ensures that proper safety equipment is on-site and teams are trained in safety procedures for each job.

Every job site is closely monitored for safety hazards. If danger is found, immediate corrective action is taken.
We hold each other accountable. Every person on a site is responsible for the safety of the site. We review each team member’s performance and document our process for every job. After each project, we formally review all tasks to identify areas of improvement in safety procedures and construction methods.
