Rotella’s Italian Bakery is a fifth-generation, family-owned company in Omaha, Nebraska, that blends old-world craftsmanship with modern production to create hundreds of bread and roll varieties. For more than a century, the Rotella family has upheld a legacy of quality, innovation, and care.

ROTELLA’S ITALIAN BAKERY

Vrana has partnered with Rotella’s Italian Bakery for decades, helping the family-owned business expand its operations while preserving the legacy and quality that define the Rotella name. Beginning with the construction of the company’s corporate headquarters, bakery, and freezer facility in 1990, Vrana has since delivered more than 400,000 square feet of additional production space, including a 65,000-square-foot oven and production room and a 4,000-square-foot pan washroom. This partnership is built on trust and a tradition of excellence.

Vrana has served as the general contractor for multiple projects for Rotella’s for the past several decades.
