Forest lawn
Established in 1885, Forest Lawn Cemetery is one of Nebraska’s oldest and most historically significant burial grounds. Founded by a group of prominent Omaha civic leaders, the cemetery spans rolling hills that serve as the final resting place for generations of Omaha families, including veterans from the Civil War through Vietnam.
Designed within this historic landscape, the Forest Lawn Mausoleum provides a place of beauty, remembrance, and reflection.

Thoughtfully imagined, the Forest Lawn Mausoleum features natural sunlight, stained glass windows, warm tones, and elemental finishes throughout. Protected from the rain, heat and humidity of summer, and the sharp cold of winter. The space offers a range of larger gathering spaces and small nooks of privacy to be with your thoughts and memories.
